AI Processing

Post Recall may use AI services to summarize content, suggest tags, extract text from screenshots or files, generate embeddings, and improve recall. We aim to make AI processing clear in the product and to provide controls for excluding content from processing as the product matures.

Sharing

We do not sell your saved content. We may share information with service providers that help us run the product, such as hosting, storage, analytics, email, payments, and AI processing providers. These providers are expected to use information only to provide their services to Post Recall.

Your Choices

You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your account and saved content by contacting hello@postrecall.com.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the product, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups. Deleted content may remain in backups for a limited period before it is removed through normal backup cycles.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Post Recall is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as Post Recall evolves. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the product, website, or another reasonable method.
